looks good although there is a lot of Tengu skills there that aren't required. However I'd like to offer 7bil based on the fact that is meets my other requirements.

Thanks for taking a look. I feel I can command quite a bit more isk than that due to the ability to run the Tengu, Falcon, Rook, and SB as well as the Rattlesnake. I figured I would inquire with you anyhow. Fly safe.
