I am in into exploration, and was wondering if a stratios can do combat DED sites in highsec, the sites that you have to scan down

In high sec it can do the 3/10 and up. It cannot enter the 1/10 or 2/10.

Just watch your triggers and aggro, but a strat can easily do 3's and 4's, and the unrated versions.

I think the Stratios is good for up to 6/10...

I've run a single 5/10 when bored, and managed it ok, although had to warp out at one point to get some relief. I've only managed to get my strat up to a cap stable 200 DPS tank, but with small sig size it helps (500 DPS sentries help as well).

This will handle Guristas 5-6/10s easily. 5/10s actually have more dps to tank than 6/10s for Guristas, but this should be able to handle it as long as you keep your AB speed up.

I have run 4/10's. Just fit MWD and make it cap stable and speed tank with a single rep

I have a liquid nitrogen cooled fedora storage unit. Test me.

Only some of them. Blood and Guristas it can handle (though Blood is a close thing from a pure damage perspective). No shot at Serpentis of course. Doesn't have the damage for Sansha either. Angels... maybe.

I can damage specific tank it and use the types of drone damage. Don't see why it won't work

Well, Stratios can clear high-sec DEDs (1-4/10) with easy. As for low-sec DEDs I am not sure but I suppose this highly depends on pirate faction those DEDs belong to. Anyway I think for hi-sec based explorer running low/null sec combat sites is only viable option if done in T3 strategic cruiser (preferably Tengu) because it's necessary to have firepower, tank and stealth - all in one - to stay alive "behind enemy lines". Unfortunately Stratios lacks Tengu's firepower and other advanced features (immunity to bubbles used in null-sec gate-camps). Now I myself contemplate to sell Stratios and train skills for Tengu. On the other hand maybe Stratios is great in running non-combat low/null-sec sites?

Well the stratios is a drone boat, been doing lvl 3 missions with my stratios fine, going yo get mastery lvl 5 then train for a Nestor

Well, I tested the Sansha DED on Sisi when they were introduced. It can solo the Sansha 6/10.

In a cheap T2 fit I had to clear the last room fully, then refit tank for more damage. Just takes way too long this way, there are better options available. Spending on a pimp fitting might improve results.
