How to import Mineral Buy prices in Excel 2013

I want to import JITA Mineral Buy prices using maximum cost for each mineral type, into excel 2013 . However i am a novice at excel and trying to figure out how . Any assistance would be appreciated

If I am correct, you will have to import the full xml data for each item, then use a vlookup function to find the parts that you need.
