Been discussed for several days.

Yep its a celestial, visible with default overview, you can warp there. There is a beacon and LCO at the site. Two days ago Circadian Seekers - new k-space roaming sleepers were in the site too. It was scanning the Unidentified Structure, then warping off to a Customs office in the system, scanning there, warping back to the structure, repeatedly.

They didnt aggress, shoot back, call backup. Didnt drop loot, left no wreck. Cant cargo or ship scan them. Cant neut or scramble. Cant relic/data analyze or salvage. Both sleeper and the structure. Cant mine structure, drones cant lock it as its cloaked.

Maybe several days ago there was some game mechanics missing.

If I'm not mistaken the site became wandering today, it was there several hour ago, then i went AFK, no site when I came back. So it appears and disappears.

Very interesting.
