Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hello all! I have just recently returned after a bit of a break and have activated 2 of my old accounts. I am using the same hardware I was before, so my issue shouldnt be related to that. I distinctly remember being able to set it up so I had 2 clients that launched with different settings (Client 1 on monitor 1, client 2 on monitor 2, etc), however I removed all EvE files from my computer last time and had to redownload from scratch. I am try to do this again, and have searched many guides on the internet with solutions such as typing "mklink /D C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE2\ C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE\" in the CMD window and so on and so forth. My only issue is, I keep getting "The syntax of the command is incorrect" when I attempt to input the command. The folder my EvE file is located is in the exact same as specified in the command, yet to no avail. If anyone has a solution to this or a work-around, please let me know!
