Oops Yes, that seems to be the case. Cybernetics is at 4, but I have +5 implants. I have verified that the +5 implants still boost attributes, you only need the cybernetics skill to plug them in.

High bid is at 3.5B, looking to get a bit more.

Thanks for the bids, still looking for a bit more (4.5B is current high bid). I will be using one of the three available re-maps within the next week or so if a deal is not reached soon.

Update:

Character now has 16M skill points, has been remapped into Charisma/Willpower and will be training into command ships.

One bonus remap is currently still available, with the next normal remap being available March 30, 2015.

Bernie Badasaz's bid of 5.5B has been retracted, current high bid is Ima GoodGirl's 6B bid.
