As the title says I am looking for a char with the support skills complete (Shield/armor compensation can 4). Dont care about weapons systems or ships skills as I am likely just to change to what I want to fly anyways. 20b budget.

Almost forgot the most important part.....CHAR CAN NOT BE FEMALE.
