Ninja insurance payout change on 03.12.?

It seems the insurance payouts for T2s got lower today? They increased with the manufacturing changes in Crius.

Example (Malediction):

yesterday
RefID: 1015913695952 Your friendly insurance company has transferred 10,684,656.00 ISK into your account for the recent loss of your ship.

today
RefID: 1015913701435 Your friendly insurance company has transferred 4,011,843.00 ISK into your account for the recent loss of your ship.

Another example (Crow): dropped from 10.700.065,00 ISK to 5.126.051,60 ISK

Some people PvP, others don't. If it does not matter for you, fine. It matters for others. Anyways, I would just like to know if the numbers actually changed intentionally.

CCP giveth and CCP taketh away.

I supose it's back to normality for the Nullsec crowd. Having Tech 2 losses mitigatd by insurance was good while it lasted! Assuming either the buff or the nerf to insurance was intended. A chicken and the egg dillema.

Some exploits were found with the assurances with T2 ships, so CONCORD decided it was time to stop this madness!
