Ishtars are annoying, but not half as annoying as having loads of carriers sitting next to their pos with fighters assigned that can one hit kill Interceptors...
Would be nice to see a bit of tweaking around drones.

Lot of short memories on here, forgetting that for the longest time (years) the Ishtar was runt of the HAC litter...

IMO, the problem is the combination of shield tanking, kiting and full (i.e. amplified) drone damage. Given that the former is not 'supposed' to be a Gallente trait and is quite frankly, arse, do something along these lines:

-1 mid, +1 low
-400 shield, + 400 armour

Make them a ship with dynamic bonuses. If your solo they get strong, if your in a fleet they can only use hornets I's

Well. Slippery Pete would also work well, IMO. 300 DPS at (nearly) 200k is Ishtar kind of stats, I think.

not immune to ewar. Does worry about range and tracking (otherwise why would people use sentries when they have full DPS 250k heavies?). These 2 are right, but other things have the 2nd. They're pretty weak without DDAs and blasters would like a word with you.
