WTB perfect indy/reprocessor budget 40 billion

i am looking for a character that has maxed reprocessing, can do orca boosts and fly perfect exhumers, as well as the ability to build t2 cruisers. the budget is around 40 billion so the character should have an upwards of 80+ million sp. post here and ill chuck you a mail. thanks.
however if you have a character with only maxed reporcessing skills (as in all completed) and is a low sp (around 12-20mill) ill also consider it. i am however on the hunt for a character that can do it all and has loads of indy focus.

thanks for the post but i am looking for a dedicated indy pilot and so have no need for a lot of the skills trained such as the 10+mill sp in capitals. also i need refining to be completed. cheers.

nowhere near what i want. too much pvp skills.

to the top. im looking for that great industry only focused character. i dont mind if it can fly such ships as ishtar and what not but it needs to have close to 20 million in reporocessing, must be able to fly t2 orca boosts and be ale to build t2 frigs and cruisers aswell as have good trade skills. for this i am willing to pay 40 billion if someone can produce such a character.
