Budget 6B - seeking Gallente PVP starter with good foundation core and weapon fitting skill set. Main use will be WH space PVP & BLOPS so cloaky/covops, Cruiser 5, T2 guns, Bship capable, scanning and good drone skills all a plus. Might pay more if the right skilled toon represents.
