This is a top of the line 2004 character. He is perfect as an all 'round character who you can put in nearly any big or fast subcapital ship and it has perfect or nearly perfect skills to fly it. He does excellent in capital ships also. During quiet times char can do 10 production and 10 R&D jobs and can build most T2 items in the game. He's also a nearly perfect miner, hauler, can run maximum PI and has 5 R&D agents in the field of Gallentean Starship Engineering.

Char has a rather short employment history. Kept a low profile since 2009. In CLS I was a T2 production dept director and then in VSQ and DOOM I was a soldier.

162,8M out of 180M SP are in lvl 5 skills and another 17M SP is in lvl 4 skills

Char has 2,4M Unallocated SP for you to use, so if you feel you need a skill or two to make it perfect, you can do it immediately after purchase.

Can fly perfectly or almost perfectly (for example):

Aeon, Nyx, Moros, all 4 races of Command ships, HACs, HICs, Logis, Recons and then also Exhumers, Anshar, Obelisk, T2 Gall industrials, Bombers, Loki, Proteus, Gallente, Amarr and Minnie BS's and Marauders.

Navigation perfect. Only missing JFC lvl 5 which is a waste of 1,7M SP.

STANDINGS for running lvl 4 missions in Gallente, Minmatar and Amarr space (lvl 4's are a cakewalk in a Navy Domi)

+2,6 security status (used to be 5+ but then we did a few lowsec Technetium POS bashing and it went down somewhat).

+9,92 to Gallente Federation
+9,57 to Minmatar Republic (very close to a free 2-run navy BS BPC)

+ 7,4 to Amarr Navy and 10 other corp standings over 7 and another 7 corps over +5.

Can fly to any space, because I did most my missions even b4 there were missions that crap on your Cald/Amarr or Gall/Minnie standings.

Will be coming with 10M ISK in the wallet.

Char has a JC in UMI with +3 set of implants and resides in Jita, like everyone else.
