As the title states, looking to purchase a focused Indy pilot.

Specifically looking for...
ArrowExhumers V
ArrowMax processing skills(At least high sec ores)
ArrowT2 Mining boosts + Max orca skills
ArrowSolid core skills(Shields, Navigation, Drones, Targeting, Fitting etc.)

If your pilot has Freighters/JF(Solid jump skills a must), Wing command, production skills I may also be interested as long as the first criteria has been met. PVP skills are not desired, and will be considered wasted, but does not mean I won't glance at your eveboard.

My budget is fairly decent, so post away ladies and gents.
