When neutrals hit local, you align much faster and can get out safely faster.
The Niddhogger is a very agil carrier, so it aligns fast with the nomads :)

I never trained it because to do hordes safely you need a drone-link-aug in the highslot for range, thus never using 5 drone control units. But always is a possibility for use.
