Skill queue labels

I suggest adding labels to the skill queue.

Would be nice to attach labels to skills in the queue just like we do with contacts.
Reason: with new long queues it's a good idea to be able to somehow group the skills visually - highlight by labels, hide or greyout by labels, etc.
