New player looking for a home - either Corp Warfare or PVP

Looking for a place to call home, I don't want to be jumping corps every other week so I'm going to be a bit picky which I realise isn't the best plan as a new player, beggars can't be choosers and all that.

I have a pretty good knowledge of the game and I know what I want to do in it (eWar). I've been following the game on and off for several years since I first caught a glimpse of an alliance tournament back in... 2009, I think.

I'm a 25 year old IT Tech base in the UK, pretty chilled guy with a weird sense of humor and a habit of saying inappropriate things before my brain has caught up with my mouth so I'm hoping for a relaxed bunch of people to play with.

As for a corp I'm thinking of going one of two ways, either Faction Warfare or Nullsec.

What I would like in a corp-

Attention Active - If you've just started a Corp and are looking for your first recruit, it's not me. I want an active corp with things going on. I want fleets to join and targets to shoot. I don't expect you to hold my hand the whole time but I need stuff to do as I am not confident PVP'ing alone just yet.

Attention UK, or at least EU based - I'm in the UK, there's no point me joining a US corp to sit in Corp channel alone all day and then for the rest of the Corp to come on at 3am while I'm asleep. I am online until stupid o'clock on weekends however.

Attention Nooby friendly - Like I said; I'm new. I have every intention to stick to this game for the long run. I want to see many explosions, collect my fair share of killboard stats and also expect to die many times in the process. I don't expect to be Mothered or given special treatment, just maybe the occasional tip (Just the tip, just to see how it feels) or pointer and I'm more than happy to be cannon fodder or bait.

I have Teamspeak, Skype, Facebook, KiK, Snapchat, Pidgin, Bebo, whatever, I'll download it if I have to. I have no issues with comms.
