Edit: The Bowhead BPO will be seeded in The Citadel region including high security space so unless you're incredibly lazy there's no need to preorder. I'm going to keep this thread bumped so people don't get scammed by the other preorder thread though.

First, the details about my offer. Regardless of the interest in this, I will be purchasing at least 5 of these blueprints and will have two or three to sell after building ships for myself. If you too would like a BPO on day one then all you need to do is inform me of your interest either in this thread or by EVE Mail and it's possible I'll pick up spares which you can purchase for NPC price +10%.

If you would like to guarantee one then I'll need a 500m deposit per BPO or you can arrange for a trusted 3rd party at your expense (Chribba, Darknesss or Grendell are acceptable) to hold 2b of your ISK per BPO, then they can purchase them from me for NPC price +10% and give you the BPO plus any leftover ISK. Large orders will require the third party option to be used and arranged for well in advance. If you choose to use a 3rd party I will cap the price at 2b, as long as the BPO is below 2b, just to make it easier for all involved.

Edit: My mistake, it seems they will be seeded in high sec which makes my job a lot easier. This offer is still open of course ;D.

Was there a devs statement somewhere where it's mentioned that Bowhead BPO will be sold only in 0.0 for sure, not in, say, Citadel, like Orca, which is ORE BPO as well, or this is pure speculation?

I added that to the top of the OP underlined and bolded before you posted. Also one of CCP Rise's quotes mentions it will be seeded in the same places as the Orca BPO.
