Need help connedting to Sisi

I have the shortcut set up for Sisi, and the launcher opens up just fine. Shows the news feed, server status, players online, etc. I just can't get the bastard to accept my username and password. I asked one of my buddies how to fix it and he said that I need to go to the forums and ask to have my account activated or something like that. Anybody know what he's talking about or how I can get Sisi to let me log on?

Was your account active (subbed) at the time of the last test server mirror? (about 3 months or so ago if i'm not mistaken), if not you need to get it reactivated yes. If it is a bought character, you need to wait for the next mirror, hopefully soon™
