Must be able to fly the ishtar and use t2 drones /drone mods.

T2 shields would be nice but t1 is fine. Decent core skills are greatly appreciated as well.

Must have a positive wallet, no negative sec, and no killrights.

Post link of character's eve-board as well as a price.
