Dual Monitor Problem

Hi all

I got a annoying problem i got 2 monitor on my computer setup to extend

I want to play eve on only one in fullscreen But as soon as i start the game My second monitor does black (its not powersave or anything like that its still on ) and i get this popup

anyone got a clue how to fix this and still have the game in fullscreen Question

What are you computer specs? Sounds like its lacking video power to run both monitors, also that only ever happens when i don't run the correct resolution on the game. might want to make sure its set to the same res as the monitor you want it on.

I use dual monitors and dual client, i find it a lot easier to just use window mode and maximize the eve windows

the thing here is i dont want eve on both monitor

anyway i got a gtx 770 - i7 4770 - 16ram w7 x64

in my head this is a game or a setup thing

What you want is to have eve in 'Fixed window' then choose whichever screen you want from the display adapter.

Gives the same look as fullscreen but leaves the other monitor free to use as you wish.

agreed. i had this problem myself till i discovered that full screen is at the expense of everything else on both monitors. recommend using 'fixed window' at the same size/dimensions of the monitor you want to display it on.
