Add a ISK/m3 filter option for the Inventory

Title says it all. Just add an ISK/m³ option with the same possibilities for custom filters. This is way its much easier to gauge which items are worth getting transported/looted or how not to exceed a certain cargo value.

Currently only thrid party tools have such an option, however manually getting them into the game, especially when it are quite big amounts of items is unbearable.
