Character Bazaar

Exactly what the title says, I am looking for a 20m-40m Skill Point character that is specialized In one specific race possibly in one specific type of ship, whether it be missiles in a golem or lasers in a paladin or what have you it doesn't really matter I am not too picky on the ace/ships or specialization. Character must have good engineering skills and decent fittings skills as well as goo tanking skills, For example if hey are spec'd in missiles and a golem/raven or whatever they must have great shield skills. I have a great budget and will be able to afford any character within that skill point range I can guarantee that. So please post any characte that you think fi this description an I will get back to you on here or you can even contact me or eve-mail me in game if I am logged on. Although I do log on and go afk fairly often so if I do not answer please don't get upset

has good skills for raven and can pretty easily be put into golem.
