Has great industrial and mining skills, these have been the major focus of this character.

He also has reasonable combat skills for PVE or PVP.

This character has positive standing.

He has no debt.

He has no kill rights.

Has 1 neural remap available and next is due on 2014.11.30

Low: 3.5b

B/O: 7b

Hey Firemane Ghost,

Thanks for the offer, and I appreciate the advise.

I was willing to accept your offer, but looking into how I give you the character I discovered that it involves a 1.5b cost on my part, reducing my profit to 1.5b which is much too little.

So, I will stick to my original low of 3.5b though even that is painfully low considering the costs!
