please make ice harvesting crystal to fit deep core miner II, so that the Prospect can harvest ice.
allow usage at having ice processing 3 and t2 version at 4.
also ice harvesting 1.
something along those lines would be an interesting addition.
just a thought.

With the addition of ice in the new shattered wormholes, this is a great idea! Big smile

I can't imagine there would be balance issues to allow a mining frigate to ice mine if the skill requirements were greater than an Exhumer. The Prospect already has a smaller hold than the skiff so I doubt you would see a bot fleet of Prospects in High Sec.

i think this is a great idea as it would allow non null sec residents access to null ice relatively safe

Why should this be a concern?

Sounds like an awsome idea, and a small ice minig ship capability such as the prospect with either a crystal or a new ice ming laser would do it quite nicely

this could add new items to make use and buy
boost sales/ usage of modulated deep core miner II
The ship wouldnt have to mine as fast as the procurer, but a small fleet of them might be good for null sec and shattered wormholes.

I support this idea. New items in game, new way of harving ice, new targets in ice fields....
