I've not been able to give you a really indepth response, but:

With the PLEX prices rising, the average is around 400-450 ISK per SP. In your case you would have to look around 35-50b depending on how well people like your skills. Note that the higher your SP gets, the more the price flatlines (past the 120m mark) because most of the skills extra will be relatively wasted for those who buy toons.

Prices vary a lot, but that broad range definitely is into the right direction.
