Hello,

i thought with those new jumpfatigue and jumptimers, how about a small little unfittable ship, that can be used for JumpBridge travel, but doesn't allow any defenses. A special ship, that has 100% Bonus on jumpdistance, as it is especially fitted to absorb the jumpshock, but that cannot do anything else. Basically like a shuttle, as those cannot be fit, don't have any defenses.

Yet that are perfect to get yourself fast to a rally system. Or to get yourself something small like a skillbook. But that cannot be used for anything else.

You then have the choice.. use a normal ship through the stargates, that may be bubble immune and/or can defend itself. Or use a ship that may allow you going through the jumpbridge network quick anf fast, but may leave you all defenseless if you run into a gatecamp/bubble.

Could easily be an ORE development, that they made to get the new workers out in the ore field through their jump network. Comparable to nowadays worker on oil plattforms that get flown out with a helicopter.

Or you could stop asking for way to go around the new jump balance...

A T3 shuttle with three modes:
1) Align and warp speed
2) Interdiction nullified
3) Jump fatigue reduction

This. Jump fatigue exists for a reason. Traveling long distances is not supposed to be fast or easy.

Just give regular shuttles the freighter 90% fatigue bonus.

This would not allow fleet movement at all - what was the purpose of the jump fatigue changes. This shuttle would have the sole purpose of getting the pilot itself to a different system quickly. To get a skillbook, or join up with corp or alliance members there.

With this proposal it would only be a problem if someone had ship stashes all over new eden. But as CCP stated, they are not concerned with ship stashes at all.

On top of that.. a gatecamp inbetween.. and all those shuttles are toast... they are defenseless.. helpless. Have some scouts.. know your enemy is "shuttle transferring", and you can kill a complete fleet, with one or two bubblers and a handfull of ships - so why are you so concerned about a little shuttle?

Or to hop into a combat ship that was stationed there in advance or hauled over a in a bowhead. CCP is not concerned with ship stashes because jump fatigue is tied to pilots, not ships. Also jump bridges and jump portals are great for getting around gate camps.

Pilots project power, not ships. And pilots should not be able to hop around the map at will. If they can then there will be an appropriate combat ship waiting for them when they arrive.

Not as things stand but this would be a hugely significant change, it's not really a fact you can take as read.

and yet you can build an interceptor that aligns in under 2 seconds and warps at 12 au/s and has the sig radius of a gnat... Dump your harpy(or whatever docterine you are flying) in whatever hauler/logi/etc is going to the staging system and burn out in the inty... problem solved...

This game does NOT need anything that even smacks of removal/reduction in fatigue, And besides who is going to put up bridges etc to places you cant get to without a specific ship... Not any logibro i know or a titan pilot... They'd tell you to just fly out and quit saying "meow" so much...

Thank you for completely negating the changes Phoebe brought.
Whether you like them or not, they were necessary. Adapt and quit trying to weasel out of them.
