I also had trouble logging in. It keeps saying "Invalid username / password". I even tried logging into/out of Tranquility just to make sure I was typing in my username and password correctly, even though I already knew that I was. And no, I didn't try to log into Sisi WHILE I was logged in on Tranq. I don't know if that would matter, but I just assume that it would.

Just use the eve.exe in the bin folder. I have been able to log in just fine that way.

Launcher is totally busted for me too.

EDIT:

Just saw in another thread to try and a clear your launcher cache.

My issue appears to be with the login credentials themselves. Are the credentials that I need to use to log into Sisi not the same as the credentials that I use to log into Tq?

They should be as long as you have not changed your password recently or since the last mirror.

Last time I changed my password was about a month and a half ago. What do you mean by mirror?

CCP periodically takes a snapshot of the Tranquility database and uses that on the test server. It literally just transfers all of your skillpoints, assets, ISK location... etc over to the test server along with whatever password you were using at the time.

I'd try using your old password and see if it works since our current mirror is at least over a month old.
