Question Regarding Support System

Is there a way to find out where you are in the queue for support tickets?

I have been waiting ~4 days, and I am just curious to see how much longer the wait may be until I get reply from one of the devs regarding some of my items that went missing.

Nope sadly not, there's no indication of the queue at all or even estimated wait time.

Thanks for letting me know.

This is actually my first ticket since I started Eve some 4 years ago so I had no idea.

Depending on the issue it can take anywhere from a few days to two weeks.

Part of the issue is that the GMs have a long queue of tickets they need to look at and they need to investigate the logs for each one to make sure they give a correct ruling.

Another part of the issue is:

There's not a single queue. Some tickets come in, and are dealt with almost immediately, because they're very simple to do, or deeply time critical. Others need more time, so they're taken and worked on, in the midst of doing other tickets.

Thank you; this answer is very helpful. I was just hoping there was a way to see if a GM has even glimpsed my ticket. I haven't been able to plex a few of my accounts this month because of the goof the system (or possibly me) made which resulted in my hangar in Jita going poof.
