I love it! the only thing I notice is that the eyes could be more focused on the camera and there could be a more intense look going on on the eyebrows:

No glaring flaws. Exposed shoulders seem a little to common. Do like the pose and the lighting - slightly right of center frame and all.

I like it much better now. Not looking directly at the camera and the angle of the camera, plus the pose give him an aura of authority, imo.
