Bad Socket / Socket Loss

I filed a help ticket to CCP 5 days ago about this issue, but I'm yet to get a response and it is rendering me unable to play continuously on this game.

Every 5 minutes or so I get disconnected due to 'bad socket' error. Yes, I've seen the forum post and everything in it has been useless to me. I've tried on two different networks, I've reset the router, used an ethernet cable, moved my computer closer to the router, (I'm on a mac so firewall is irrelevant), and contacted my ISP and they are all loose ends.

Please reply to my ticket ASAP CCP because your game is literally unplayable for me right now.
