Thera? Rhea? Who the hell cares what it is called.

Point is Eve is being systematically destroyed. One piece after another.

First you want to remove clone costs... Now also keyboard controls for ships...

What the ever living f*** got into you all?

The first point is a pain at times, but you are stupid if you lose a clone and cannot afford to replace it. Your own fault moron. You screwed up. You failed to secure yourself against that loss...


Secondly, why keyboard controls? Why do you want to nullify the training and all the tracking mechanics you built years ago?

If people have complained about not having said controls then there are games for you already... Try Star Trek Online, or ELITE: Dangerous, or Star Citizen... Eve is not the game for that crap, pure and simple...

Someone clearly hasn't read the information about both these issues that explains why in both cases.

The same information also hints at other ideas/concepts/visions being looked at.

How is it nullifying anything? Arty claw is actually passable now. You can have angular speed around 1rad/s, giving sense to the whole line of ammo that increases tracking. The game just might stop being about one dimensional kiting.

You never thought that this game is stuck at 40k players because it seems like its a club for the privileged? Who wants to be around old snobs who patronize everyone who says "hey, this canbe done better" with "hey you should suck it up because we all had to".

This isn't breaking tracking mechanics at all, if anything it's gonna make a newb thinking he's hot **** die faster.

Clones were a terrible game mechanic because there was no decision making involved. For those of us that did remember it was just a tax on ever dying.

The only reason why it wasn't happening then was because of bandwidth and server performance, clearly CCP has found a compromise between faking the movement in the client and actually having it happen on TQ.

Also rants are against the rules so this **** is getting locked sooooo.....
