Several months ago, my corporation established control over a PI rich C1 system with a HS static: J104335. Since that time, we have invited a few industrial corporations in, for purposes of mutual protection and passive PI income (our POCO tax is 4%). Based on the success that we have had in sharing the WH, we are soliciting applications from potential additional residents.

Residents have full access to the system, including mining and sites. We charge no rent, and we have a policy of interfering as little as possible with the gameplay of our neighbors. There are only a few rules that residents must observe:

(1) mutual nonaggression (although towers may be set to defend against all targets);
(2) blue standings with other resident pilots/corporations, for purposes of mutual recognition;
(3) refrain from providing access to the system to pilots/corporations that have not been previously approved by the Security Services; and
(4) limit tower construction to a single tower, of any size, orbiting a gas planet moon.

If you are interested in establishing a tower and taking advantage of the system's excellent PI, post here and email me in game. We scrutinize each application via evewho, zKillboard, etc... and confer with the other residents prior to extending an invitation, but we typically complete that process within a few days.

For those of you who have been interested in wormhole PI, but hesitant to engage in it due to the expense of locating and securing a system, this is an excellent opportunity to get started in a relatively safe way with minimal investment.
