Can JC out of Thera(!) but not back in

I was able to JC out of the Thera (surprising) but can't JC back in (not surprising).

I'm assuming the inconsistency is a bug?

If not, people are going to get implants "stuck" there.

The real question is... is the fact of being able to JC in/out a bug? Or the fact of not being able to do it? Lol
