Are you going to sub the New PVE Server Next Year?

If you're late to the party, here's the rough details.

Only Yellow and Green Flag selection (Have to get flagged to PVP)
No Concord
NPC Combat 30% to 50% more difficult.
Yellow Flag on attacking Player or Corp Structures
Can Fleet Opt for PVP
No Existing character transfers to new server, every starts over.

Seems to me like the economy will take a while to get off the ground.

R U Going to make a character on it.

Looks like a May 2015 time frame, from what I read?

Alternate response:

I'd join a PvE server simply because, under the constraints outlined by the op, getting into a pvp fight would be extremely challenging and entirely dependent on convincing someone else to fight you. Sounds like a fun challenge.
