Probably, but not nearly as many as before the changes to jumpdrives.

GM Guard > I must ask you not to use the petition option like this again but i personally would finish the chicken sandwich first so it won´t go to waste. The spaghetti will keep and you can use it the next time you get hungry. Best regards.

Nomading be hard as **** these days now that your car runs out of gas 5 miles from your home.

No glorious day long baggage fleets going halfway across the universe in an hours time.

Perhaps the closest you are going to get is one of the NPC nullsec guys. They are slightly nomadic on the basis that they don't have a permanent sov based home.
