-Almost zero Indy/Sci/Trade/Etc. waste points.

-All Race Frig/Cruiser/BS V
-All Weapon systems V and Spec IV (sub-capital)
-BC, HAC, Recon, Cov Ops, and Logi V
-Tengu/Proteus subs V
-Some way into Carrier training for Amarr and can babysit an Aeon if need be. Can be fully traige archon and siege rev ready inside about a month.

-Implant sets are: +5 set, LG Crystals w/ hml launcher implants, HG slave set, 2x +3 imp clone
-Positive sec/wallet/clean corp history for a 2006 character
-Great standings with Cal/Amarr (9+) and loads of corporations with access to L5 and many more L4 agents
-Good standings with SoE in case you want to un-sully his rep with the matar/frogs for some odd reason
-Remap available in less than 2 days.

Honestly, you're picking a very poor time to sell that character and I don't think that you can hope for a lot more than gemblog today. 100m+ characters are currently being sold for around 30bil, just to give you an idea of how bad the market is. I would hang on to that lengthy investment and try to polish up some of those loose skills you have. It isn't a bad toon, low waste, and lots of subcap skills, but it definitely isn't superb and that's really the only hope you have of getting top dollar.

Thanks for the input, but I don't find it upsetting the market is currently down a bit. As I mentioned, I am not in a huge rush to sell and I do have other options. I simply wanted a more accurate account of how much D was worth.

Sorry I haven been late to get back with everyone today. Work is hectic during the winter months here in the frozen north.

Reserve has not been met and I'm not sure what the above post was, but the buyout offer of 28b has been declined. Thank you to those who contacted me via evemail today for showing some patience. I will do my best to catch up with people for convo tomorrow.
