Best nullsec roaming cruiser fit

so basically i'm looking for a cruiser fit, suited for just roaming around in nullsec, either ratting or trying to find random nuets to kill for giggles

most of my skills are in amarr, so it would be preferable to get an amarr cruiser

if a different type of class of ship would be better suited, tell me, i'm here to learn :)
(though it's best for cruiser and below)

Well, if you want a good Amarr option for roaming, I can suggest the Omen Navy issue. Fast, nimble, and with good damage projection. Something like this:

4 x Heavy pulse laser II
1 x Small neut II

Medium cap booster II
Experimental 10mn MWD I
Warp disruptor II

Damage control II
3 x Heat sink II
1 x Energized adaptive nano membrane II
1 x Nanofiber II
1 x Medium ancillary repper II

Drones (I'd use two flights of Lights or lights & ECM instead of a set of Mediums) and rigs to taste. I'd use speed & agility rigs, some people like Locus coordinators or cap rigs.

Very good speed, nice reach with Scorch, good GTFO capabilities. Frigates going straight for you tend to get murdered pretty fast and you can outrun most of the rest and disengage at will.

Price tag around (maybe under) 100 millions, which is pretty good.
