Something is wrong with prototype cloacking I BPO

just bought a prototype cloaking device BPO and it has some unique features, which to me look like bad complexity, ie surprising results that do not particularly promote interesting gameplay.

-needs material for ME research , and metallurgy level V (wtf ??) + graviton II + Q Physics

-needs material for TE research , + graviton II + Q Physics II (but no skills at V)
-needs graviton II + Q Physics + hydromag physics (double wtf ??) for copying + some materials;

so i am in the situation where i could do invention on a blueprint copy, but cant make the copy out of the original (because i lack hydromag physics) !!

As far as i know, its the only T1 BPO (no idea about T2 BPO ) that requires advanced skills for TE/ME research or copying

In addition; building material requires Ram + minerals + planetary materials, which is typically not the case for ship modules (granted theremight be some exceptions to that).

It's like this BPO was supposed to be very special when it was created, but i really do not see why

There's a handful of T1 BPOs like this, they behave closer to a T2 BPO than a T1 one.

iirc CCP Greyscale decided to leave the special cases when he went over blueprints recently.

Another odd one:
* Deep Core Mining Laser I

Rigs are also somewhat annoying by requiring the rigging skill to do research on them.

yes this one seems even worse than cloack

So ok, cloack is not the only one, but i do not think its a reason to let them like that
