First of all, let me say that I obviously know he does not have the Gallente Dread and Capital Hybrid Turret skillbooks plugged in but everything else is there. This is my first real alt that I started years ago to be trained into exactly what I wanted out of one of my alts. Little to zero wasted SP can be a great addition for someone who needs an alt that can fly caps or needed for logistics purposes.

Important Notes:

1) Two remaps available with a stacked Perception/Willpower remap currently.
2) Little corp history.
3) Almost zero wasted SP in terms of what I was training him for. None of what I trained him for was accidental.
