The ISK that a buyer sends when attempting to purchase a character is considered to belong to him until such a time as the character being purchased has been delivered to the account of his choosing. If the character sale is not completed, the ISK must be returned in full to the potential buyer.

Read the rules. Send refund please.

The sale is completed one the transfer starts, because it cannot be stopped the wait period is the stasis time ccp have put in place to transfer.

you sent the isk @ 15:25
i started the transfer @15:28

you then ask for a refund @ 16:25

get real the sale is complete, please raise a ticket.

you cant have the char and the isk returned you mad bro

CCP would have to return the char to my account - who pays???
CCP would then have to refund the money i bought the plex with
CCP would then need to take the isk off the guy i bought the plex off

i dont think they are doing all this.

once the transfer is initiated, the sale is complete. THIS WAS ALL STARTED 1 HR BEFORE YOU DECIDED THIS
