secstatus jumping around ?

There's this guy in Minmatar, and i keep clicking his info to see when
the bounty updates and i've noticed his sec status keeps jumping from -1.5 to -2.1 and back.

I'd say his name, but i don't know if he'd want that attention.

What's wrong with the database ???

Bah. Physical sec status is for the weak. Quantum sec status is where it's at.
