Need help redownloading EVE

Can not redown load eve acts like the eve servers are not there started on last patch couldnt log in. the launcher update would fail at 33.4 % bug reported it. Friends told me to uninstall eve and re install horrible idea . I try to post on the support page and fails to go thru. any ideas

Move the following files to C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\downloads

username=name of the windows login

Run the installer and it will see you have the extraction files to install.

Just tried to update eve on my other computer doing the same thing launcher fails to update. Did the file rename twice even tried to do the off line install it fails to get all the down load.

Try turning off the User Account Control. This can cause problems some times.

Are you using wireless? If you can hard line into a router untill it finishes.....

Laptop? Desktop? What kind of system are we running?

my main is a pc hard wired and my laptop is wireless. Just cant get eve to update or down load. Loading my old mmo fine omg hate to return to it over 7 years with one game. Hmmm maybe thats it DDO found out i was playing EVE and sent an Ice Dragon to freeze my computer :).

I guess you haven't figured out yet that had you uninstalled and reinstalled you'd have saved yourself a lot of
