Do you have everything in the same location?

If it's in a corp hangar, have you selected it properly?

Woo! CSM XI!

Double-check where it's looking for the minerals, it's probably defaulted to an incorrect location.

I have EXACTLY the same problem.

Some small stuff like EMP S will build but I can't build EMP M even though they are in exactly the same array location.

I pretty much can't build ships or most modules and drones I can build Warrior I and Salvage but I can't build Hobgoblin I.

I have all the permissions correct as I am a director of the corp I'm in but the majority of BPs say I don't have the minerals.

I have logged a ticket for this.

Yeah I'm having similar problems.
I have been trying to manufacture a cov-ops cloak module with the T2 bpc I invented.
All the materials required to manufacture the item are in the hangar, but when I attempt to start the job it says I have missing material.
The claimed missing material is a prototype cloaking device I.
But I have this module sitting in the hangar, and I also checked the module to make sure it doesn't need repairs ( in case that was the problem ).
I also checked a few times, on different occasions, the name of the module compared to the listed required module in the T2 bpc list of required materials, in case I misread it, but no I do have the correct module required as listed.
But it still shows red ( like its missing ) in the industry panel and won't let me start the job.
I have tried, closing/opening UI, replace with another print/re-insert original, undocking/redocking and restart client, even waited for a day in case there was a fix update on server reset; But still no change.
I've sent a bug report, but can't find a record of that report so I don't know if it went through, so I just sent a support request ticket.

Out of curiosity, are you on Mac or PC?

I'm on Mac.

I had this exact problem with many ammo/drone/ship blueprints. It took me a while to notice that the input location defaulted to the BPO location (which was a secure container). After I changed the input location to Item Hangar where the minerals were the problem was solved.

It took me a while to notice the culprit because it seemed to be totally random which blueprints worked and which didn't, I'm still not quite sure but the working hypothesis is whether I had used that BP after Crius or not.

You rockstar, that worked perfectly.

The odd thing is that I had the BP in the same container as my minerals and it never worked.

This has solved everything thank you so much.

Correct.

Once you've used a BP, the client remembers the settings (client, not server). If you haven't used the BP, then you get a default location which often is not very useful.

Well, the thing is, right after Crius I didn't have any issues using blueprints from containers. Everything just worked despite minerals being in a different place than the blueprints. So I guess some changes to S&I code done on Phoebe triggered this.
