Allow UI screen sizing to any size please!

There are UI changes coming to Eve soon. With them I HOPE will come the ability to change the UI pages to any size we want.

Example, I have local pulled out into its own chat window, tall and narrow along the left side of my screen. I can not shrink this chat window less than a few inches wide. I can make it as tall as I want, but I would like it narrow also and can not size that direction.

Same with every other window, you can not size them and they all take up too much valuable screen real estate. There is also a lot of wasted space in all the windows, spots just colored grey with no writing that just take up inches of screen space "because".

Please clean up the UI, let us size any page to any size we want and it stays that way!!! And remove the wasted space from all UI pages making them as small and concise as you can.
