I am trying to lure a real life friend from WoW to Eve and I want to get him a character that could fly ops with my corp, and survive L4 missions out of the gate. Ideally, I would like to find him a decent Tengu or Legion pilot in the 25 to 30 mil skill point range, but I am open to anything that would be able to run in L4s, Incursions, and BLOPs. I also wouldn't mind a toon with some industry skills so he could dabble in that side of the game as well.
