I'm looking to buy a new character for pvp as I'm sick of not being able to fly stuff and I am too impatient to wait for the skills to train. So now I'm just grinding away so I have isk to buy a character :)

Must haves:

  • Possitive Amarr standings
  • All T2 small weapon systems
  • T2 medium and light drones
  • Amarr Cruisers V
  • T2 medium lasers
  • Hull upgrades V
  • Mechanics V
  • Able to fly a Heretic
  • Advanced weapons upgrades III
  • Tactical shield manipulation IV
  • CPU and PG management V
  • Leadership V
  • Close to flying T2 cruisers (HACs>Recons>Logi>HICs)
  • Other 3 racial cruisers IV


Would like to have but not necessarily required as It may be out of my price range

  • T2 HAMs
  • All amarr subsystems IV +
  • Logistics V
  • HAC IV+
  • Advanced Target management III +
  • All capacitor skills V
  • T2 sentries
  • Basic leadership skills at IV+
  • Other racial cruisers V (gallentei>minmatar>gallente)


I also want decent combat support skills for missiles drones and gunnery but I'm not too fussed whether they are all Vs or not, lots of IVs is fine :)
T2 frigates would be great but are not really what I am looking for as I am already an OK frigate pilot and I am patient enough to wait until I'm a good frigate pilot.

I don't care about wasted skill points but don't expect me to pay more because you have exhumers V. Sec status is not an issue as I'm going to use it in FW anyway. A not horrendous name is also a bonus but as long as it's something that can be said easily over comms I don't really care.
I'm not sure if this is acceptable to ask but I would like an api so I can check out the characters past in case of any misdeeds that would get in the way of any future misdeeds :P

My starting offer is 10b but I am flexible

p.s. if a toon is almost at my min requirements (ie within a weeks train) I will consider it.
