how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

I'm afraid I have no control over the o7 show content.

I can tell you how ever that this short segments took a long time to record as I'm very bad in front of cameras (and public)
