Hi there, title pretty much says it, I have 2 accounts and I want to maximize the isk out of exploration using these 2 accounts, my goal is to eventually join a wormhole corp but want to train for the right ships first, I am currently looking at doing high sec exploration and a bit of dipping into null in an inty to do data/relics.

Here is what each character can fly/do;

Scanning Alt, can fly a buzzard and I am currently training it towards a Tengu.

DPS Toon can fly most Gallente and Minmatar ships with t2 Sentries and t2 guns.

I'm basically looking for advice on what to do with each toon, which ships to use currently and which ones to train towards for high sec exploration and then the wormhole life.

Thanks, Admiral Krazey

Why hello potential bob disciple. wormholes are a great goal to have set for yourself, to that end the first thing i would suggest is making sure your dps toon can also do some scanning. Beyond that the training for both toons is pretty free though i would suggest being able to fly a Proteus and Loki if you're already down the Gallente and Minmatar lines.

Beyond that I really believe you should find the things you want to actually fly first as different doctrines call on a large variety of ships and something you want to fly has a good chance of fitting in a doctrine somewhere.

Though i also don't quite know what you want to be doing in wormholes either, is PVP something you are looking into?

I do high sec exploration in a Stratios. It's easy enough complete most sites while in the System Map view, scanning down additional sites.

With two toons, you can scan for sites in other systems, which should save time.

In high sec, your DPS toon should focus on getting the most damage out of a cruiser hull as possible. Most sites allow cruisers, while fewer allow bigger ships. The Stratios can clear the DED 4/10 complexes that are the max I've seen spawn in high - but you'd be challenged bringing a base Vexor hull. I'm not sure about a VNI, and the Ishtar may be locked out of a few more sites than a T1 cruiser would be.

Ishtar can enter any hisec site that a T1 cruiser can enter.

In hisec... there isn't really any need for dual boxing in exploration since scanning is so easy and the sites are no problem. Both pilots would just end up training for the same stuff. You could try exploring with two characters in two different parts of space at the same time. That can get a little confusing and tiring though.

I do it rarely with two Gilas in two different ends of Caldari space. Once I ended up in sites with both characters, competing against another explorer in both places. I ending up stealing the loot with both characters and getting into two fights at the same time. Cool

You can fly what you need to be accepted by wormhole corps then... Leave that hellish place known as K-space right now.

Sadly no.. they never respond in their pub chats..
Put both toons in tangu's, one can be a cloaky nullified scout with mids for relic/data sites the other for dps. Carry mobile depo and switch subs and mods as needed. i have sued this pair in wh's null, ls, with great success, even after the apparent HML nerf

... What next ??
