You STILL haven't fixed the issue with camera FOV being completely zoomed in when undocking after being podded.

I've bug reported this several times.

Known Issues:

  • Several items still require data interfaces for invention
  • The selected item window is not showing buttons for some object like drones and celestials - Fixed on Wednesday
  • The "Look At" function has reports of working inconsistently. These are being investigated. - Very likely fixed on Wednesday
  • Corp members with the "Trader" role but without the "Accountant" role may not be able to sell items. - Fixed on Wednesday

Why are the missing implants not a "known issue"?

Ran a Blood Lookout in Efa System (Khanid), got the "Following The Blood" escalation and it wants to take me 5j straight into nullsec (C-7SBM) for the first stage, despite there being a clear run into numerous highsec systems. I've never had an escalation do this to me before..

@CCP Punkturis and CCP

I'm sorry to report that the new sell window actually made the already notorious "click-fest" of selling items as industrialist even worse.

Scenario: I did produce 5x100 stacks of product A,B,C,D,E shipped all to Jita and now want to either setup sell orders or sell to buy orders, depending on the current market situation.

Now lets assume i simply want to sell all 5 stacks to buy orders and ofc i want to maximize my profit. Lets also assume there are 30 individual priced buy orders per stack i need to fulfill.

OLD steps i need to take:

1) right click on stack A and click "open market info"
2) right click on stack A and click "sell item"
3) check price and hit enter
4) repeat 2) + 3) 30 times

X) repeat 1) - 4) for item stack B,C,D,E

Click count = 2 + 30x (2+1) = 92 clicks per stack = 460 clicks total.

So i needed 460 clicks to sell my 5 stacks and you also will get the annoying "not so fast..... you need to wait x seconds, before you can continue." message, preventing you from actually performing this click-fest as fast as you humanly can.

after Phoebe steps i need to take:

1) right click on stack A and click "open market info"
2) right click on stack A and click "sell item"
2a) switch from 3 months to "immediate"
3) check price and click sell
3a) click "deliveries hangar" and move the leftovers back to your personal hangar
3b) click on personal hangar
4) repeat 2) - 3) 30 times

X) repeat 1) - 4) for item stack B,C,D,E

Click count = 2 + 1 + 30x (2+1+2+1) = 183 clicks per stack = 915 clicks total.

Thats a ~100% increase in click's needed to perform the same actions of a already extremely annoying click-fest. So WHY, just WHY?

So what are the main problem's?
1) The stupid market system is not able to sell my stock to available buy orders all at once until a threshold price is reached, while giving me the maximum profit, so i need to manually perform this task.

2) The old "simple" sell window always only sold to the highest buy order and automatically used the order volume, while also always was "immediate". So i did not have to check step 2a) for buy/sell orders.

3) If you actually want to setup multiple sell orders using the new window, but did sell to buy orders before, which is always the order i do thing's, you have a high chance setting up x sell orders, double checking everything and hitting "sell". The next moment you get x "sell error" windows, since you did forget to change from "immediate" to "3 months" and have to start all over again.

Summary: As industrialist i always need to judge the market on a per item basis and decide if i want to setup sell orders (multiple) or fulfill buy orders up to a certain price-point. I never use this "multi-sell" window in the way a casual player would just sell multiple small stacks to the highest buy orders or do a rough sell order setup. So the new functionality is useless to me most of the time, while it made my day to day work even worse than with the old window.

bye

PS: Alternatively you can replace step 3a) with manually entering the highest buy order volume, but because you need extra attention for it, while needed the same amount of extra clicks and the market window needs 2-3 seconds to update, the above method is faster and more safe.

There has been - if I've not gone completely insane - a weired "blipping" background sound introduced with Phoebe on background events. It is kind of annoying, because it seems so random (and also unnecessary). Some theories include: conrtracts, looting, cargo full, etc.

For more look at http://www.reddit.com/r/Eve/comments/2lggng/new_blip_sound/

Would be nice if someone could have a look at that.

@ CCP

Patch notes:
Quote:
It is now possible to perform multiple runs per invention job

Facts:
1) Merged T2 invention and T3 RE

2) Changed T2 invention to allow "multiple runs per invention job" with the stated goal to allow invention jobs queue's over night, so you don't have to login every 60mins and setup new invention jobs.

3) Totally forget that T3 is using the same annoying invention process, but rather than BPC "runs" they use "artifact stacks", yet forget to allow T3 to do "multiple runs per invention job".

Summary: T2 and T3 invention is now nearly identically, but CCP decided to remove the most annoying part of the invention process for T2 production, while leaving it for T3 production?

WHY? WHY?

Have you checked whether it is the notification system?

Yes, it is not that sound, it is a much more quieter blip in the background.

Someone else may have noticed this already but since I'm not being paid to read other people's posts I'm gonna mention that some blueprints (like armor repairers) still require data interfaces for invention.

Its a "feature"

CCP Philosophy ==>>

  1. If it works, break it. If it’s broken, leave it and break something else.

  2. Ignore all Forum comments that raise issues and concerns about our "features", and bring said "features" in anyway.

I don't have time to go through this whole thread, and maybe I just don't know how to use the search option - but has CCP commented on the way that making blueprint copies now works?

The data sheet demand increased to to the point where it is cheaper to buy new blue prints for many items at this point. And that doesn't make sense. If they wanted to limit ship copies that's all fine IMO, but they've impacted a lot of smaller items too.

Anyway, if there is an official reply saying "we're looking at it" or "oops we'll fix it" - and someone can point me to it, I'd appreciate it.

Its hard to explain puns to kleptomaniacs, because they take things literally.

The tooltip menu of Sensor Overlay is only displaying when I align the HUD to the top. Is it a known issue ?

I closed my clients before the server went down, so no crash for me.

Now I try to start Eve again, and it crashes every time...

I still cant invent 250mm Railguns. Great that CCP have finally removed the requirement for the datacores that were removed from the game, however now there is a skillbook requirement that does not exist. Roll
