Split recruitment Forum into TimeZones

It would be much easier to find possible recruits and adverts of interest to people looking for a new Corp if the recruitment forum was split by time zone.

Some posters forget to add their time zone.
Having to click through multiple posts to then find their timezone preference isn't inline with yours is a bit of a pain.

I think this change will help make the recruitment center a lot easier to use and find what your actually looking for.
At the end of the day everyone wants a Corp that's suited to their timezone. this is probably one of the main deciding factors over choosing a Corp.

Yeah, I think it makes a lot of sense and would be a very easy change to implement.

Can anyone see any negatives?

Getting fedup of reading walls of text to find out they havent mentioned timezone preference or they are the wrong timezone to fit into my UK/EU Corp.

If we don't devide the recruitment forum into time zone I would suggest everyone should have a template to adhere too ensuring some vital information is included.
